I’m officially charmed by this quaint, cozy Inn! The staff during our stay (Brittany, Anna, Pete and Izzy) were all very friendly, helpful and hard working! The property is impeccably maintained & very clean. The rooms are tastefully decorated & beds are very cozy! The complementary breakfast (even in COVID-19 times) is such a welcome treat! Homemade muffins, toasted bagels, hot coffee or tea all delivered to your room...so thoughtful! Thanks Old Town Inn for making our group feel like family!

Very disappointed. We stayed here last year and came back again this year because the staff was so nice and friendly. This time, not so much. The front desk lady seemed annoyed with us from the second we checked in. I even asked if they had changed management and her reply was “Nope!” as she rolled her eyes and was very put off by my question. The hotel was nothing to write home about, ever. We just liked the location. However, we will NOT be staying again. Way too much money for the service we got (including them telling me we couldn’t have an extra pillow - we were short 1). Carpets were gross and our bed was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend!

Nice place to stay. Breakfast is good, beds are nice. Nice person at the desk and you get a real key witch I haven't seen in years.

Friendly staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-furnished.nnMy wife and I scheduled a rental house in Crested Butte, but it fell through. Old Town Inn saved our vacation when they got us a room the same day we called. We had to move rooms halfway through our stay, but only because it couldn’t be avoided since we scheduled our stay so late. They also brought a mini-fridge up to our room so the food we bought for our trip wouldn’t spoil.nnDuring Covid, the hotel requires masks in common spaces and has a glass divider on the counter as you walk in. We really appreciate this! They also deliver breakfast directly to all their rooms.

This Inn is perfectly located close to the downtown. The room was clean. The bathroom did look like they had recently reenacted the Big Lebowski bathroom scene where they drop a bowling ball on the ground. Delivering continental breakfast to your room during covid was such a nice touch. The view faced the parking lot but was still beautiful.
