Great food at the restaurant downstairs! The owner was very friendly and helpful with parking instructions.nnThe music next door goes until 2 AM every night and can definitely be heard from your room but isn’t bad if you come prepared. Earplugs are also provided although we didn’t find we needed them.nnPrime location and great experience overall! We would definitely stay here again

Great little hotel with the essentials. Room is small (8' x 11') and a small private full sized bathroom on top of that. Comfy queen size bed which is perfect after a full day of skiing. Surprisingly warm room, heated by a space heater. If you are one of those people who demand only the best, you would probably have trouble with your stay. If you just need a comfy warm place to sleep, this place is perfect. There is no dedicated parking lot or structure and there is a confusing downtown parking system that alternates for even and odd numbered days; left side or right side depending on the day. You might have to walk a couple of blocks from where you parked. I would stay here again. The restaurant is great, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We had a great stay! Lots of fun history to read about the hotel. There is no A/C, but it gets cool enough at night that that wasn't a problem for us. Doug was wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel is right in the middle of Elk St. so everything was a short walk away. My only regret was not getting to try the restaurant as it was being renovated at the time. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Crested Butte.

Great food and service and kids loved being outside and listening and watching live music.

Right on the main drag of Downtown CB. We spent 3 nights here with no issues. Location Location Location and the most affordable place in town.nnIf you can't do small, do not choose this place. The bathroom (if you choose to have your own) is spacious. The room is not, but if you do not intend on spending a lot of time in your room this will workout great.nnCheck-in was super easy. You'll find someone at the bar downstairs that can assist you!nnPet friendly. Noise from nearby bars was not an issue. The running water from Coal creek outside the window was calming in the evening.nnParking can be tricky as far as getting a spot right out front, but plenty of options within a block.nnTo sum things up...choose this place if you will not be spending a lot of time in your room. If all you need is a bed to sleep in (very comfortable) and a shower. Perfect. If you need a tv or a lot of space. Not for you!
