Love everything about this place! It’s not fancy, but It’s incredibly clean, the beds are comfy, the pool and hot tub were just perfect after a long day of ice fishing at Blue Mesa. For what you pay, you won’t be disappointed. The couple who run it are just the nicest people, with warm smiles and a lot of fun to talk to. My two kids and I loved talking with them, and we’ll definitely be back!
For the money this is a really great stay. Very clean, friendly lobby, good place for dogs to walk, great location. All plumbing, mattress lighting, TV, etc....all in great working order. Would definitely stay again and have stayed her a few times already.
The wifi doesn't really work and booking directly online has some issues but the rooms are good and cheap

I came here in March, the pandemic had just began and after taking my money and reservation the day prior, I checked in for my stay at about 4pm. At about 7pm the owner came to the pool where I was with my child and told me that due to the pandemic the hotel was closing and I needed to leave but I would receive a full refund. I left and I didn't receive a refund despite what she said. When I called to point out the mistake she said no and gave me only half my money back even though she kicked me out due to allowing me to check in when she knew about the shut down. Cute place but extremely shady people who will screw over customers and charged me when I did not stay overnight.
