Went in for a handlebar. They didn’t have what I needed, but I got excellent service and some chain lube. I also wanted to buy a new pump, but the staff said that my existing pump had a lifetime warranty so they fixed it on the spot. Every staff member was super attentive and seemed like they truly were concerned with my enjoyment of my shopping experience. As I left, one employee even offered up information about local trails and got out a map. If all businesses were run like this one, there would not be any grumpy people in the world. 5 stars.

The staff are AMAZING. Our son went on our Nols trip and we had 6 pages of very specific items he needed. We showed her the list and she helped us gather it all. She even let us know if she had an item on the sale rack.

Recently Susan helped me surprise my husband with a new bike after he went to have a spoke repaired.nnWe got a great bike and they took their time explaining how everything works. Great professional service, they reattached my crank within a couple days and I am pleased with the result. I will definitely take my bike here to get serviced while I am in Gunnison for school

I had a flat on my bike that I brought from Kansas and had only a few days to use. Instead of fighting changing it myself, I took it in to them. The owner fixed it quickly and also showed me how to change the tube more efficiently. He also spent time showing us maps of the Hartman rock area that we were able to ride the next day! Super friendly, down to earth people. Highly recommend them!
