On hold for an hour and a half......so far no pickup in RX. Same loop over and over again.......seems they want you to go online to do any of your ordering.
This pharmacy has really tanked in customer service and basic knowledge. They used to have some great people. Now it’s like Keystone Cops in the pharmacy.
I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes to inform them NOT to automatically renew my prescription. The location at Piedmont was much more responsive and helpful!

I wish I could give less than a star to the pharmacy department. They do not answer their phone! Once I called The pharmacy and waited for so longThat I decided to do a little experiment. I Stayed on the phone But decided to drove over to the store. I waited in line for 3 people To do their business, when I got to the window I placed my Renewal order, then waited for them to have it ready and showed them that I was still waiting for them to pick up the phone which was ringing in the background the whole time. There were 3 other people there doing nothing, but chatting to each other. It was over an hour a plus that I was on hold.
