Pharmacy staff is extremely rude, nearly always has my medications wrong. They condescend to me & only reach out to my insurance or doctor if I plead with them. They always give me attitude. Not impressed at all.
I WENT IN HERE BACK IN APRIL OF THIS YEAR 2020 AND BOUGHT SOME APPLE GREEN LYSOL AND THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL TOWARDS ME HE SHOWED ME WHAT ROLE TO GET IT FROM GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE .
Typical walgreens in the City. However, the staff seem to have a good sense of customer service and the store is always clean
The staff at this Walgreen's is super kind, helpful and attentive. However, this Walgreen's experiences lots of theft from kids and desperate people that come in to Excelsior looking to come up. It is common to see this Walgreen's have empty shelves.
Very bad customer service I waited 10 minutes so they can unlock some lashes.
