Service with a snarl. Don't bother going unless you can get away with minimal interaction with the staff. This is what I would consider to be the bare minimum from a Walgreens. If you need any actual services, go to the post office around the corner.

I hate to take to Google reviews to complain but I accidentally called this location for the pharmacy. After being on hold a woman answered, I gave the patient information and she informed me I called the wrong location (hey, I make mistakes sometimes).nBut instead of taking the refill order to submit to my regular Walgreens which has normally been the case when accidentally calling the wrong location, she was short and curt and said ok thanks and hung up before I could make any further request.nI know this person doesn’t reflect the rest of the staff with whom I’ve had nothing but good interactions, but my goodness that is not customer service. Now, I’m accordance with fairness I will leave a 5 star review for the location on 18th and Castro.

I’ve been going to this Walgreens regularly since enduring a serious medical issue 5 years ago. I’ve always been “satisfied” with personnel, product, cleanliness etc.nnBut in “social distance” world I am “extremely impressed” with the precautions they take, their efforts to be supplied and offer alternatives and the respect the neighborhood has shown following their guidelines. I always feel SAFE here, which is the highest compliment these days.
