They told me it would take 30 minutes to refill a prescription on a medicated mouthwash :-S This stuff moving online is a no brainer.

The assistant store manager was prob one of the rudest persons in customer service I’ve ever encountered. I went in looking for a specific item that was told by a separate Walgreens rep at another location that it was in stock and that I did not want to make the trip being that I was tight in time. I go in I politely ask for what I needed help with . I wait and the assistant store manager comes out saying that the item is not in stock and that the lipstick was not in stock. First off the item I was asking about in stock for was not a lipstick it was foundation. She then says ok I’ll look again and comes back seconds later not even a minute so apparently she either didn’t bother to look or just didn’t care to. She then comes out and says the online system isn’t accurate. She then gives me a careless rude attitude just making up any story or any reasoning to stop dealing with me in general . So then as I’m asking more questions because the answer is just not logical. She then says we dnt have it ok mam. Bye . In the middle of me talking. I then say excuse me but I’ve been to 5 different stores getting told one thing so excuse me but this just doesn’t make sense to me she then says well too bad we dnt need your business go away ! In any store no matter what type of store I expect to be treated with courtesy and politeness this was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experience . It’s understandable when people have bad days but the person you are helping is not at fault neither is the person asking question if the employee simply doesn’t care or have patience they should maybe be in a diff job industry .

The store is convenitly located inside Westfield Center. I frequent the store often as I work on Market street which is the street of the Center. Customer service is very efficient and courteous. The store is clean and organized. Overall, this is a nice Walgreens compared to others in the area.

The store closed permanently 2 weeks before before Thanksgiving 2019.
