This CVS is Hit or Miss in regards to customer service, I've experienced both wonderful and absolutely horrible customer service at different times at this location. It is a fairly larger store for the city and has most items you would expect to see inside of a CVS store. however, you won't find any of the big items like you do at more of the suburban areas. like if it's summer season you're not going to find the small Kitty pool or the grill, if it's winter you're not going to find the full size Christmas tree and so on, you get the idea. They do have a fair amount of tourist items and San Francisco collectibles for those of you who are looking for somewhere quick to grab something on your way before you head back to the airport, as this CVS is around many of the downtown hotels occupied by tourists.

It was a week ago when I went to this drug store. I was overwhelmed with the place and the service. They had affordable and effective medicine. Must be recommended to all.

I originally gave this location 5 stars. But I decided to go back to this review and give them 1 star. I went there for a specific reason. To use my rewards and the cashier told me I didn't have any. I told the manager to help her look up my rewards and sure enough is was there and soon applied to my transaction. This older Filipino lady wanted me to pay full price. The ordacity of that lady. Certain people always act as if the own the store they are working for. Very annoying you low paid cashier trying to make me pay full price bum.

I was worried the other day that the medication I needed would be prohibitively costly. This pharmacy, fortunately, stocks a wide variety of drugs. You owe a huge thank you to a pharmacist.

The price of my medications keep going up when exported through the CVS corporation. No explanation given.
