The guy who talked to me was rude and this place is deceptive. We ordered for picked up and got called to pay for $26 for my description. When I arrived at the store, the guy said I have to pay $50. When I asked to check again, he asked insurance information and said that he might want to check for the discount and let me know. But then he just kept checking in other customers. I waited standing there for 20 minutes. Nothing.nUntil I come up and ask the lady, who was very nice, she said it's ready all the time and just pulled it out and give it to me for $26.nI don't know what wrong with this guy, but he probably is a bad worker.

A prescription savings card I tried to use didn't work. I called customer support, and they told me that the pharmacist had entered something wrong. They even gave me a number for her to call if she was having trouble getting the system to accept the information. she told me I had to come back when the pharmacy wasn't busy, and wouldn't give me an idea of when that was.I came back when the pharmacy wasn't busy, but the customer support center wasn't open, and she wouldn't try to run the card again even though the customer support staff had told me exactly what she was doing wrong and how to fix it. I just decided that it will be easier for me to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy, even one that has more limited hours, because I don't have time in my life to deal with this.

I had the best customer service from a lady called May in the pharmacy. I have had trouble getting my medication today from Cvs on Hyde and they were truly terribly unhelpful. However May went above and beyond to help me obtain my medication. She makes the place shine. I also had a nice friendly cashier guy serve me downstairs who was very funny and cheered me up from a terrible day.

I went to pick up my medication at 5:59 PM i arrived they wouldn't let me in and said come back tomorrow. Who closes at 6pm??
