The worst customer service ever! The big asian lady cashier so rude and he annoying!
Very rude clerks. Extremely high prices.
I have gone to a lot of stores and pharmacies in my days but never have I seen such totally lacking customer service ethic. Ask a question about picking up photos and the cashier slams the phone down, acts like she is doing me favor while she calls her associate. Come on. We go there to spend money. You provide a service so provide it. You don’t have to smile but drop the really bad customer service mentality. Very demeaning service at this store.
Horrible. Bad enough that there are some trashy minority or homeless customers acting vulgar or looking to steal but customer service is horrible. Very dirty store too. Not recommended. Just represents whats wrong with SF perfectly.
The Pharmacy is the worst ever, horrible customer service never follow up with drug prescriptions and you have to chase them around to order the prescription even when delivered or not they don’t communicate to pick up or let you know the next step. I have never seen such nonchalant rude pharmacist manger that can’t even organize his team to service the customers properly. DO NOT USE!
