It looks like convictions without mens rea.nnThese might look like just convictions, but ones that are clinically weak.nnIn that, the defendant usually seems to have been coerced and to have been under duress so much so as to lack mens rea. Rather the lawyer suppresses the testimony of the defendant in plea bargaining because the mens rea was really being forged by the judge because the police had not discovered the society around the defendant well enough to locate who was well educated enough to have a conscious perspective on the crimes.nnThis means that 'incarceration as an honor' theory was holding and that the process remained saturated in sedition. This might show an over-use of boutique firms, lower rates of multidisciplinary practice in criminal law, and weak conflict of interest checks of legal advice by firms.

I came in contesting that my $1,500.00 FIX-IT ticket reduced to only $50.00 was *never* *actually* *reduced* on the court website due to an issue with their computer system. I show up and they won't let me pay just the $50.00 because their computer system was down. I'm not making this up.

Came for jury service. Process is streamlined. They have free WiFi throughout the building and bench seating in the hallways. Be prepared to go through airport style security when you enter. The building, elevators, and bathrooms are very dated. ATM and store located on the 1st Floor.
