I love this place because of strategic location.nNice at reception but all is self service. You carry your own bags ! Hiring one person to help might be a good idea. Otherwise simple and clean.

Lobby and amenities somewhat lacking. Location was great. Rooms were very nicely outfitted. Service was good. Bathroom was small. Temperature fluctuated like this review.

The staff here was great. I asked a quick question on our way out. As I was making my way to the car, the guy from the front desk ran over with some additional information.nThe shower had awesome water pressure combined with a good shower head. The pillows were super uncomfortable, but that is really the only bad thing I can say about the place. It was a great experience all around.

Clean and secure facility. Above basic functionality. Fourth ud83cudf1f for location. Cozy lobby and no- charge coffee and hot chocolate and bottled water. Smack in the middle of the Harvard Square area, and owned by the University. Perfect for parents of students or visiting tourists. Fine for families with kids. Parking on site and to repeat... secure locked location.

I stayed there the past Sunday. The staff was friendly. It was free parking in the private garage underneath the hotel because it was Sunday. The bed was not comfortable. My friend booked and paid for it. When I checked in, they took my credit card and today I found $10 was charged to my credit card. When I called the front desk today, no explanation was given and I was told that the boss was not there and the boss would give me a call back. He did say it could be incidental charge. I can not think of anything that is incidental. I requested a receipt when I checked out and the front desk told me that it was booked through Expedia and could not give me any receipts. If they charged me $10, they should have given me a receipt of $10.nnNot cool!!!!
