Hyatt Place consistently provides that King Suite w/ living room, which is a great change of pace for the road warrior. At this Hyatt, staff is friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the center of town and a short bus ride to the Wellington/Orange Line stop. Easy in and out of Boston, Medford is a quiet spot if you don't want to stay in the city. Although the rooms seem kind of old and worn, they were comfortable. If you need a place for a few nights, this Hyatt has a great location, is clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

The staff at this Hyatt Place exemplifies customer service.nAbsolutely Exeptional.nAnthony was so incredibly helplful getting Hyatt acount set up..Instayed 6 weeks while consteuction at my apt, Raymond and Ramona and the staff were so welcoming and friendly.nI

DO NOT RENT, they double charged me and due to the fact that they could not locate the employee that promised the refund.... i was told they can not do it and hung up on my face. The hotel smelled like coffee and smoke and they said it was me and i honestly believe they said that because me and my friends were black and they wanted to keep the security deposit

We always stay in Hyatt Places when we travel with our kids. The large, spacious rooms are a must. This particular Hyatt though left a bit to be desired. I understand that these are unprecedented times we are living in. This means that normal Hyatt amenities like the pool, breakfast, and housekeeping were understandably suspended. However, the overall cleanliness of the property, was disappointing, and that is within their control. The carpets in the rooms were stained, and the first room we were assigned had been smoked in. The lobby was clean and well kept, but the parking garage which we saw infinitely more than the lobby was very dirty. There was trash strewn throughout the lot and a coffee or soda spilled outside the elevators on the first day of our 5 day stay was still there when we checked out. With no housekeeping available, guests were asked to leave trash and towels outside their rooms. Sometimes, the trash and towels were still sitting there many hours later which contributed to the overall feeling of uncleanliness. On the plus side, it was a good price, a short drive to the city center of Boston (15 minutes) and the staff were as friendly and accommodating as they could be. With some better cleaning practices, this hotel could be a really comfortable stay.

Horrible not 1 but two dirty used finger nails in the room,no remote control for the TV, the first room had dirty sheets and to make it even more difficult for me they charge for parking because we didn't book through the hotel and not to mention having a handicap plaque and still wanted money for parking!! Definitely won't be back here ever again!! And a couple of other things that i could add on the list but i will leave it alone!!
