The good: Cute place and sweet owner. Comfortable beds. Full upstairs of a duplex with the owners living downstairs. Adequate street parking. Pleasant walk to Harvard Sq (30 min) and very close to Mt Auburn Hospital and Cemetery.nnThe bad: ZERO soundproofing and 4 construction workers living upstairs who get up really early and make a full breakfast in the kitchen right outside room 4 (2 dbl beds). Room 3 is adjacent to the entry (immediately next to the front door) and also opens to the bathroom (basically a “pass through room” when not occupied). Bring your own toilet paper as there is only 1 partial roll to share.

Rooms are nice and large common area with full kitchen. Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Great neighborhood and the owners were extremely pleasant and helpful!! I would highly recommend it for a stay in Boston!
