I walked in there with the intention of fixing up my 20 year old Specialized Hard Rock that I really love, however the kid that was there showed me all these bikes, and explained everything about them, he was awesome, no pressure at all. So I purchased some new tires for my old bike, walked to my car and ended up walking back in and buying a NEW BIKE! These guys are great! I've been in several times since then and they greet me like a friend would. This is a fantastic shop! I could go on and on.... This is a great place to buy your new bike!
Big, clean space with a really good selection of tools, tubes, and everything else. Also had really attentive help with finding a new headset spacer to fit my new stem. Good shop.
Best bike shop in the valley. They have great selection, great prices, and friendly staff. Derek is absolutely my favorite mechanic, and Troy and Jen are my favorite people to work with whenever I need something up front. Their service department always finishes my jobs faster than promised. I highly recommend them!
This place was so helpful replaced my tire and inertube for a great price really just completely tuned up my bike couldn't ask for better service. And Jeffery in particular was an incredible help. Thanks guys i wish you all the best.
I recently visited the South Jordan store to purchase a new bike saddle. I was so impressed with the time and care that Jen offered, especially during such a busy time. She was knowledgeable and the store offered a great variety to choose from and the ability to order other varieties. I finally settled on the Specialized Mimic saddle that she suggested based off of industry knowledge and personal experience. I have been so happy with my purchase and the service I received at the store. This will definitely be my LBS, even though I have two other stores closer to me. Keep up the great work!
