The customer service was so so however this is a great product.
My wife and I luckily stumbled upon this Patagonia store while out shopping and they just started a 30% store sale that we immediately informed by Alex ud83dude01 she was extremely sweet and helpful. Just made our experience at the store that much more sweeter.
If you list your hours on the door, follow them. Another group of people passing by said don't bother they're never open. Manager must not understand the basics of running a business.
Rude staff when calling with a simple question about store hours when many places are closed. Was about to drive here to shop, but won’t be now.
Very knowledgeable staff. They were able to educate me on the best pair of gloves for my needs, and they had firsthand knowledge of performance of the coats I asked about.
