A very good sales rep sold me their leaf filter system. I paid in full that day, they came and installed the next day which was February 27, 2020nnWhen they do the install, they are supposed to clean and seal all gutters before they install the tops. They did not seal them well.nnRight now the snow is melting off my roof into the gutters and dripping through a joint on a corner onto my front entry steps. It is a lot of water. When the temperature is just right, my steps completely ice over and someone will eventually slip and get hurt.nnI texted my rep on 3-2-20, 3-19-20, 8-27-20, 12-23-20, 3-9-21 about this problem. Each time he said they will be there next day or very soon to reseal the joints. No one ever shows up or responds. I want my money back. If someone gets hurt on my steps, it will be a bad day for them. This is not a business you can depend on.nnThe picture shows the water, it was not raining, this is all from my gutters leaking. When it is cold this is ice. If its not ice, you get dripped on walking up the steps and your shoes are wet. Not what I was sold.
I recently sealed a deal for a new rain gutter and seal to be installed on my home and the two guys I worked with, Todd and Ian, were very upbeat and fun to work with. Although, the price was a bit much against my expectations. The presentation by these two guys explained the reason behind the pricing and I am satisfied with what they had to say. Demonstrations were provided, as well..
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!nPaid a great deal to have this product installed at my home, communication with the installation manager was next to none, their broken down van left a massive oil spill on our driveway, I never received confirmation of this service being completed, I'm actually still unsure if the work is even done on our roof. We also requested the old gutters to be left behind as a friend was going to use them and of course, this company took those too.nI've called numerous times to get any form of communication on this status and was hung up on by their service department, told that they'd send an email to the Regional manager and I should see an email confirmation of that conversation and have not heard a single thing after several weeks of calling and talking with customer service.nDo not use this company if you value your emotional or monetary sanity.nSimply one of the worst experiences I've had after much patience and understanding.
Setting up the appointment for the estimate was easy. The estimator arrived on time and walked us through the entire process and throughly explained the product. On installation day the installers came and went without leaving any evidence that they had been there besides the installed product. The process was easy from start to finish and I have recommended Leaf filter to several of my friends.
1.- your immediate reply and set up the very next day a visit was impressive.n2.-the guy that came to talk to us knew very well the product.n3.- the guy that came to install the product was working alone and hard to avoid the storm ⛈ He was alone doing my whole house ud83cudfe1 ( was a hazard doing it alone, safety is an everyday thing.)n4.-Lifetime warranty!!!!nI’m very impressed !nThank You.
