Not only is this place outdated, but the cleanliness of this Inn could not be worse. There were spiderwebs engulfing the majority of the windows and doorways through the Inn. Everyone raves about the breakfast, the whole place smells like a grease trap. This is in addition to the collection of stuffed bears that appear to have collected mountains of dust for the past 20 years. This is the kind of place that makes you wish you spent the extra money for a nicer place, no matter how much.
I'd definitely stay here again. Came for a quick trip for the Catamount Ultra. The exterior was a little rough and overgrown, but inside is a cute old cozy cottage feel, reminded me of going home to moms. Room was clean and fresh with a comfortable bed, nice sitting area downstairs. I'd come back for the homemade breakfast of blueberry pancakes and home style potatoes alone! Owner was super friendly and accomodating. Not bad at all for the low priced rooms.
Great bed and breakfast. Comfy atmosphere- comfy bed. Great home cooked breakfast. Bill, the owner, is great. I would highly recommend this place.
Comfy place, little discouraged by the upkeep of it, but it served all our needs for a fun filled weekend. Home cooked breakfast was amazing and the hosts were super friendly!
Lets start with the positive: Fabulous homecooked breakfast, very friendly hosts, cozy/ homey feeling inn. They have a very unconventional check-in, it's outdated, a bit dusty, and run down. All in all it's not a terrible place to crash, but it is a bit discouraging to pull up to.
