This is really a lodge for kids that come for sport camp. I have known the folks that own this place, Merry & Grady Vigneau. They are the greatest people on this earth. I have gone there for many years for a basketry conference. The beds arent the greatest but the food is wonderful. If you have children that are into sports of all seasons, this would be a great place for them

Stayed here with my college ski team almost 20 years ago. Great place for youth ski teams! Glad to see it's still running!

Super friendly staff and amazing facilities. The Round Hearth is the perfect venue and very affordable! Very comfy interior and nice backyard. It is located in between the mountain and center of town which is very convenient, and the shuffle stops right outside. The inside is spacious, with a great layout. Perfect for parties and events, or just a casual stay.

I had my 40th birthday party at the Round Hearth recently, and it could not have been a more perfect venue! I’m local, and was not aware of how awesome this place is for an event. There is really nothing like it in Stowe! While they were happy to cater the event, we brought in our own food and drink, which for us was just perfect. They have a great sound system, pool tables, and a beautiful fire in the hearth. Out of town guests were welcome to stay for $30/night, which was a huge bonus. Ali was great to work with as well! I look forward to many more events in this gem!

A+++ cool place, affordable. Very large! TV with sports channels ESPN, ESPN2 , and FS1. Rent a bicycle to get to town, though.
