Stowe Motel & Snowdrift

Great location on the Mt. Road. The double queen efficiency is as advertised at a very reasonable price. Kitchen appliances work well. Fireplace is excellent, and they supply us with wood every day!

Deluxe Suite was great for couple of guys skiing. Basic accommodations but fireplace and snow just plain go great together so 5 stars based on the incredible value for price. Will return and make it a regular stop when snowboarding Stowe

Finally decided to stay here. My wife asks every time but I do the booking and always forget. Visiting during Covid, but the owner who was ever-present, was great at providing for the very few guests. Anyone feeling skittish should be at-ease here. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Right on bike path and bikes were free to use. We will be back!! Be sure to follow proper quarantine protocol. They cannot take last minute visitors.

We enjoyed our stay here. You're able to sign out bicycles to ride around town, hang out in hammocks, watch DVDs from a collection in the front office, and there's a breakfast room and games room. It was a cozy room and close to many restaurants in the area.

We really liked this hotel. We had one of the cabins with a fireplace and it was very cosy. There was a well-equipped kitchen we used to make sandwiches to go hiking up Mount Mansfield. Hot tub, bikes. It’s close to the recreation path so you can cycle off road into Stowe.
