Angela, the kitchen designer knew exactly what my wife wanted when developing a custom design for our kitchen. To the staff at RIHI.....all I can say is that I am thrilled with my refaced kitchen. The quality of the material was outstanding. The carpenters (Bill and Rob) were so professional. Their work was impeccable. They cleaned up every day, which made me extremely happy. There was no dust and no mess. I am very happy and would definitely recommend them.

I was exploring some exterior renovations for my home and spoke to Mike at RIHI about siding, windows, and roofing. Mike was extremely patient in his approach and spent a lot of time educating us on his products and the proper installation techniques for each of the projects we inquired about. Mike's knowledge of his vendor's products and his trades are extensive. I also appreciated the detailed quote he prepared, which he walked us through line by line, answering all of our questions throughout. While my budget isn't quite ready yet to take on these projects, I felt my experience with Mike and RIHI were very positive and I would definitely consider him for my needs in the future.

In September 2020 after interviewing several companies, I hired RIHI to replace 12 windows in my 37 year old home. For me, this company has the best quality product at the most affordable price. The representative was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He gave the most informative presentation. Most importantly he stands behind any representations he has made. Installation was done before the scheduled date. Installers worked efficiently and cleanly. I’ve waited to see how the windows would stand up to extreme cold before I wrote a review. They are airtight and very effectively block outside sounds. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you RIHI.
