Walter, was my window guy. He is very knowledgeable of his product. In these difficult times he did not pressure me in anyway. I was going to do all my windows but then realized it may be to much all at once. The product is so amazing that I felt doing it was only going to benefit me in the long run. So I decided to do it in stages, so I did 3 this time around, and Walter was just as dedicated to get me approved and on my way as if I had done the whole project at once. He was very friendly and respectful. Thank you Walter.
Knocked on my door. I spoke to a salesman Dave, who was nice. But then I had to go on his cell phone and play 20 questions. It’s a window not a car accident! Their office needs know who the customer is. Not going to give away a ton of personal data just for someone to come over to give me a quote. What the #%*!

I just ordered my custom-built windows from my consultant Walter. He arrived on time for the appointment. He went over the history of the company which i appreciated since i love to support local businesses!nHe went over options with me and my wife which was very informative in the decision process. After seeing one of there windows with all the features we realized we wanted them in our home! We went ahead right then and there with Walter and ProEdge to transform our home with beautiful and super energy efficient widows. I cant wait to have these windows in my home!
