Called seven times over a two week period, they never once answered the phone. I left four voice messages, never received a single call back. We hired Miceli to install our brand new roof in 2015 because we wanted to give a local company the opportunity for the business. They guaranteed their work on a 10-year warranty, ,and 20 years on the product. Now they hide from us like the plague. I would certainly not recommend them.
John Miceli and his team were exceptional! They were clean, efficient, fast and pleasant to work with. We love our new roof and he did an amazing job of taking off the old one and installing the new roof. No mess, no nails, no random roof tiles lying around the yard. Spottless! It took two days and they also put on new gutters, which we love. I highly recommend John and his team. You will be thrilled!

I called John 2 days ago to make an appointment regarding some shingles that blew off the roof in the last wind storm. 48 hours later the shingles were repaired at a great price. What a great experience! I recommend John very highly
During a recent windstorm, I lost a good portion of the roofing to my 75 year old house. I had never filed an insurance claim, not sought a roofer. I went on line and did some research as to product, services and average pricing for a home such as mine. I read reviews for Miceli roofing and decided to give them a call. As soon as I called John answered personally. He was out the next day with a crew to do an emergency repair. He kept in touch regularly as I was dealing with the insurance company. When the appraisal came back, he noticed many things that the insurance company had neglected to consider, such as bringing the roof up to current codes, permit fees, etc. He worked tirelessly with them so that I could get the standard of roof required at this time.nJohn instantly seemed like I'd known him for years. He was timely, the work was beautifully done and in quite a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I have had.nI would highly recommend John and Miceli Roofing. You will not be disappointed. He does a phenomenal job.
