Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was pretty good. All of The front desk girls are awesome and very nice. Room was clean and felt like a little apartment with the mini kitchen. I would definitely stay here again
Employees are so polite and accommodating, Alex at the front desk is great. Rooms are perfectly clean and the hotel has been mostly quiet for the duration of my stay. Gets a little louder on Saturday nights but not too bad. 100% smoking free so don't be a jerk and smoke here.
Extended stay america is a good place to stay for one person or couples who need a short time live in place, pet friendly and has the standard amenities a stove, microwave, cable, hot water, ac, i do suggest you buy your bleach wipes if your looking for the extra clean and sanitary scent in your room...
I asked right off the bat yesterday for a 12 o'clock checkout... She told me that'd be fine, and just now at 10:50 they called my room to tell me that I had to either leave now or pay an extra $10 to stay the extra hour... I think that even if an extra $10 per hour is their normal policy, going about it that way was VERY unprofessional... If the girl who checked me in was unaware of that policy, they should have just let me stay, it was their mistake... but no, they just charged me an extra $10 dollars for nothing. ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
Very generous.. professional employees..been here 6 months..big shout out to ..Jenn and Ashley and jonet.... thank you for easy accommodation...and faith the housekeeper is amazing as wellnThank you all for a great stay here...
