I absolutely enjoyed my stay here! I love the industrial, modern-minimalist vibe to the room. I think the opaque curved glass for the shower was great along with the concrete floors & walls. Such a unique hotel! It was also very clean. Even though they do have homeless guests, they posed no threat and kept to themselves and the ones I encountered in the elevator/hallways were very pleasant. I had no issues whatsoever! I also was able to work out by myself in the hotel gym. Lots of weights, 2 benches, 2 ellipticals and 2 treadmills. The staff was very nice and friendly too! Mall with food court across the street. Got the Presidential Suite for New Year's and had a wonderful stay. The room is so beautiful, I decided to book the same one for my birthday. Staff was friendly and responsive. Restaurant menu was pretty limited so we ordered out instead, which is not what I was hoping for, but understandable during the pandemic. One other thing I'll note is that the bathroom is not designed for privacy, so hopefully you're pretty comfortable with whomever you're staying with. The bed was SO COMFY, I slept better than in my bed at home, no lie.nnGorgeous hotel, great staff, a perfect little getaway near Providence. Can't wait to go back.
The rooms were clean and simple with an industrial-chic vibe; very minimalist with bare concrete floors and walls. The exterior walls are brick with a large window that lets in plenty of light. In both of our rooms there were some minor maintenance issues. During our stay the second floor seemed to have been rented out to folks who looked otherwise homeless or in rehab- maybe it was due to the pandemic or the cold, but there were too many people frequently going in an out to smoke at the end of the entryway road.
The place is designed to look like a factory. The staff are awesome and it's very clean. I recommend this place for a night or long term stay.
Visually interesting with the solid walls and floors, and high ceilings. The staff is just lovely. Reminds me of The Fountainhead, by Ayn Rand.
