The staff is not only rude but uneducated! Shame shame on whomever is actually in charge of this place. I spent a long 2 weeks there because my daughter has never made a good choice. That's not important but the following photos ARE. Think twice before booking. Besides being displaced due to the mice in the building moreso, in room 319, the room I was in with my 3 little grandbabies.nPhotos will mostly speak for themselves however out of common curticy and in case the current employees read this. The mattress they gave me to sleep on was DISGUSTING, besides the mice to worry about my granddaughter (23 months) was nearly cut by some sharp item on the arm of the coach... That sharp item is an old used broken crack pipe.nThanks for the worse hotel experience of my life. I would NEVER EVER return and encourage others to stand clear.
The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude and the hotel seemed very low budget even when we rented a suite.
Don't go here unless ur despret. There is always something wrong with the place. Drug users all over and people getting hurt.
The staff does not clean the rooms properly. If you're into cleanliness, I would suggest bringing your own cleaning products and sheets.
Some of the best management I've experienced, very reponsive.
