Hotel was clean. Kids had a great time with the pool. Hot tub did not work! They also keep a deposit of 250. For 7-10 business day's. Which I'm not to happy about! I took a video on the day of checkout prove how clean that we left our room. Yet still no deposit has been returned

The receptionist jesue. Horrible service from him. Have stayed at this hotel multiple times. If I don’t come back he would be the reason why. After making a reservation arriving on time and with card to pay he says they don’t take chime cards. I can understand this, I offer to have my wife come in with her card to fix this. He refused to let us change the name on the reservation. While both standing in front of him explaining that we were in aware of this rule with debit cards.

I booked a double queen bed suite. We arrived to the room to find it very cold, the carpet with multiple stains of multiple colors, the dish washer smelled horrible, large spider webs throughout the room, and a thermostat/heating system that did not work. I notified the front desk requesting a room change. We were then upgraded to a loft. The loft was warm, nice, and comfy. However, the kitchen cabinets/couch were outdated, and needed an upgrade. The loft chimney had a leak (heavy rain). Which leaked into the fireplace, creating a loud noise which broke our sleep multiple times throughout the night. The loft floors appeared to be weak. When we walked in/towards the bathroom, we could hear the squeaking of the floors. My daughter complained that she could hear us walking around and that is was loud. Be advised the floors were carpeted. We were never informed about the pack and go breakfast/its pick up times. The pack and go breakfast were simply a snack for a pre-school child at dismissal. It consisted of a danish (lacked an expiration date, as it was rubbed off the package), an 8 oz water, a granola bar, and an EXPIRED (2-10-21) Go-Gurt. Overall, they received a one star. The extra star is for the gentlemen at the front desk, who was very nice, and accommodated the room change.

Upon arrival room states to be sanitized although we noticed the dirty counter tops and chairs. We called to request a additional high chair for the kitchen table and was told someone would drop it off which they never did. We also had difficulty sleeping due to noisy kids outside our room at 2 am. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some family time do not come here!!!

I never leave bad reviews but am writing this one in hopes to prevent any other families to go through the experience my family did. This place was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! I would never go back even if it were free! What they show online for the 2 bedroom loft & what you actually get is the complete opposite. Taking a glance it looks just fine but once settled you start to see how nasty it is & is clearly not kept up. It has the potential to be something great but they need more staffing & better housekeeping. I’m talking sticky dirty rugs, cabinets, floors and railings. The fridge, microwave, dishwasher, & tubs were dirty with all sorts of stuff. The walls even had stuff dripping down them- gross. There were hairs on the pillows before we even laid down & each bed only had a mattress protector and top sheets which were put on SIDEWAYS! The tv was missing the plug to be able to connect & once impersonal maintenance came to fix it, it kept going in & out. And to top it off, we reserved the pool for a certain time per COVID policy & when my children & I arrived, the pool had 14 people there, mostly all children screaming & running wild. We had to book another time to come back at 8 pm & when we got there, we couldn’t use the jacuzzi b/c it was literally brown water with white stuff floating on top. It was absolutely DISGUSTING! The area around the pool is not well maintained either- a boy came in, slipped & fell, & my son & slipped as well twice. No manager on-site & every time I call she’s not there for a new reason. We left a day early and went to Club Wyndham Onshore which AMAZING & somehow cheaper with an ocean view!!
