I just want to write fair honest review . I stayed here 3 weeks room 338nLet us start from out side to the roomnThe parking lot has lot of trash never been cleaned , I do blame the guests too for litteringnThe front desk guys are awesome and very helpful .the hallways looks old and smells moldnThe room was ok but looks like needs lot of small maintaincenMy big issue was that people smike in their room so much to the point we have almost every night at least one time fire alarm and we have to evacuate and firemen had to come and inspect then turn it off and this was the big réason I moved out . I informed front desk but I was told to tell if I saw anyone well it is not my job .nI think needs a lot or improvements plus need sign outside cause nothing on it tell what this building is

I loved staying here except for the last two full days I had no hot water. They told me earlier that they had someone working on it and when I checked back again they told me they were still waiting on someone to come fix it. The cleaning maids were very kind and some of the front desk persons. However I felt as if I should’ve received some sort of reimbursement or accommodation for having no hot water for two days?

Absolutely awful. I paid more for a better king suite then was given. Continued to brush it off and the awful smell of the hallways and walls. I go to check out the next day and they told me my card declined. Knowing I have plenty of money in the bank- knowing they scanned my card when I arrived the day before and I was all set all night- even ordered 15$ on snacks on it, the front desk continued to tell me it was declined. After saying “ This isn’t right look at my bank statements “ and proceeding to show her they took out over 100$ more than supposed to. My hotel room was 111$ and I am now on day 2 with 60$ more dollars being taken out so that leaves me at 270$ being taken from my bank and now no one will answer mynPhone calls. I can’t even speak to a higher up and will have to drive an hour all the way back to the hotel just to speak someone. No drinks other than sprite and Pepsi’s- for breakfast and dinner. Just plain awful and was talked to rudely at that.

Up to date! CLEAN! Manager Rita is AMAZING! So accommodating and so sweet! They go over and beyond! Shout out to Ana, the sweetest! I cannot express into words how wonderful and accommodating the staff is here! I am a Travel Agent and I want all my customers to be happy when staying at the airport before they begin their vacation and when I have clients that are coming out of state to visit Rhode Island. This hotel is a great way to start a vacation!!! Love it!!!

The bed was very comfortable. However, house keeping started knocking on doors @ 7am! We had the do not desterb sign up, but it woke every one on the floor knocking with her key card.
