This is our 3rd stay(my girlfriend and I) at the Hyatt. It's always been a good experience. Very Clean, staff is Friendly and Professional. I highly Recommended. We will be back. Thank you to Those who work there. You guys do a Great Job

This place is beyond convenient. It's within steps of the airport, it is clean, comfortable bed, great shower, good workout room, and they have a pool. The lady at the front desk, I think her name was Christine, went above and beyond and deserves kudos.

Pretty good / average hotel near PVD airport. The hotel has the benefit of being connected to the airport through a mostly enclosed climate controlled tunnel. No need to call shuttles, as it’s only a few minute walk on moving walkways.nnThe room itself was comfortable. Nothing in the way of views, but comfortable for what it was.nnMy two main concerns with this property and why I deducted two stars.nnOne is that this is an airport hotel. This airport has many many early departures. I feel the hotel can be a bit more flexible with its breakfast hours and at least try to somewhat accommodate those leaving for the 6am and 6:30am flights. Breakfast starting at 6:30, means all those leaving for the early morning are not able to get anything included.nnSecond point is that there is lack of emphasis on disinfecting and cleaning each room and inspecting before guests arrives. This is especially important during COVID and was evident that it was not done. The room I was first given, smelled very very heavily of cigarette smoke. The cleaning staff should have marked this and not assigned to another guest until the fumes are out.nnI was quickly assigned to a new room, though I did still feel like of cleanliness and thoroughness at this property.nnService was OK, not rude by any means but also not very warm or hospitable.

Easy check in. Very friendly. Room is clean. I'd stay here again. Lots of good places to eat close by.

The hotel was very clean and the room was excellent. The breakfast is great as well. Highly recommended!!!
