Nice Hotel. Comfortable room, nice shower, spacious workout room, Grab and go in the morning could be expanded. The receptionist at noon was very friendly and helpful. The evening receptionist may have been having a bad day.

Comfortable beds. Lots to eat around the hotel walking distance from the airport. Clean and updated. The ONLY thing that was kind of odd about it was the sink/bathroom counter was outside the bathroom. So kind of like a motel. Shower and toilet was in a private room, sink and mirror was in the open. But I’d rather an open bathroom area like this than a cramped small bathroom like you see in older hotels. Great stay. Very comfortable.

I am/was a Mystic Marriott employee. Currently I am laid-off because they eliminated my department, which was banquets. I still have use of my Marriott hotel stay discounts, so I paid $44.67 (with tax) for a two-bed (queen size) guest room. Upon arriving at the hotel the hospitality was top-notch! The young lady behind the desk was informative and concise with the information she rendered after our inquiries of where to eat, shop, and what to see during our one-day/one-night stay. I traveled with my 16-year-old daughter and her two BF. The only negative aspect is the removal of morning breakfast. They now only serve brown bag meals that include a muffin, granola bar, and an apple; the foods were all name brand. Not very appetizing, but at least they offer something in place of their infamous breakfast buffets. I was really looking forward to a fresh-pressed waffle :( They allowed us to check-out at 1:30pm with no extra charge. The shower head and H2O pressure was invigorating, clean, and luxurious. Everything looked and smelled spic and span. They practice high-quality COVID-19 protocols and still allow the use of the gym, upon request. This site did not have a pool, so I am not sure if Marriott's are allowing swimming. Overall, I recommend staying here when visiting Providence, RI. It' smack-dab in the middle of everything. It's so close to the airport that numerous times during our travels around the city, I thought a plane was for sure going to land right in front of me, or on me, for that matter.

Fatima at the check-in was awesome!!! Allowed me to stay passed check-out in order to keep me from just sitting in the airport!! Allen the GM was kind enough to drive me to the airport!! Nice hotel next to the airport.. walking distance to terminal. since covid breakfast would be coffee, OJ and yogurt... rooms were clean..
