The cashier was lovely! She was so patient with the couple ahead of me who were rushing and rather rude about it. The cashier- idk her name sadly- made my covid shopping a great experience. Thank you to the cashier who had shoulder length black curly hair!!

Went in for passport photos. The pictures had a yellow tint in them due to a filter being on the digital camera, but the employee with the camera went from claiming that it was just an artefact of the image that had to be removed in editing to admitting that he did not know how to turn off the yellow-tint effect. In any case, the employee claimed, the photo would be fine because a white or yellow background is acceptable. The passport photos have since been rejected due to the yellow.

I came in February 19th 2020 to find an ink cartridge. the man (35-40 years of age) behind the counter was huffing and puffing about having to look through the stock to find one that matched my printer. He made a big deal about it (not sure why, the store was enoty and there were 2 employees doing nothing at all.). After halfway trying he said they didnt have it, once again telling me that staples is a better place to get these. today i was there again, a nice lady helped me. The cartridge WAS in stock, she found it quickly, the unhelpful employee from the previous day just didnt want to help me. by then i had already gone to staples and wasted my time. i do not recommend the staff at this Walgreens. Waste of my time and unprofessional!

I can't say for sure if it's a race thing, but I'm Black and every time I come here, I am being closely watched by staff. To the point I have seen one in particular checking items that I touched. They ought to spend more time properly categorizing shelves. I mean, why are women's vitamins placed next to jewelry cleaners?
