I hate a great experience today. I called over the phone to find a product in the toys section. A friendly woman named Jessica assisted me out. She took the time to look for what I wanted and she ended up finding it. She was patient with me and held the item for me to pick up in the same day. When I got there, she cashed me out and I was very satisfied with the treatment I received.

Went into the store to take passport pictures of my infant. The employee just told me that she does not do that or recommend that, as she has tried many times at the store without success. She then went on to recommend I take the pictures at home or at the post office.nnI went to CVS and they took the pictures for me in like 3 minutes with no issues or problems.nnHonestly don't waste your time or money here. Apparently the employees decide when they feel like doing their job. Ridiculous service.

Just transferred my prescription to CVS next door. Walgreens pharmacy has to work on their customer service skills and learn how to organize daily operations. You can never be sure if your refill is ready when you go to pick it up (calling in advance and letting them know that you would like a refill - doesn’t mean it is going to be ready). On top of that they are rude via phone and in-person. And about the pharmacy itself - the place is a mess, takes them forever to find anything (when it happens they always start talking ill of a crew who worked the day before).

I don't understand all the bad reviews for the store on Salem Street in Medford the cashiers and management are nice enough the store is spotless if I can give them ten stars I would
