My grandmother, Homa Bassari, received outstanding service at the CVS on Mount Auburn St. in Watertown; so much so she had me go out of my way to write this review. The staff, especially pharmacy, have been extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Now that Corona has taken over, prescriptions have arrived quickly, and even a Mother's Day card was sent to her home. Huge thank you.

A little Price gouging. Bought eye drops that went from 4.99 to 8.99 to 12.99. Immune gummies from 1.50 to 18.99 within a few weeks . 50% mark ups after they mail out 25% coupon so not really real coupons. Just to lure in the storen.

I went here to get contraception pills . I couldn't find it on 8th lane racks. I asked for help. They kept misdirecting me. One of the lady (short haired) consultant wanted to help me find....But the other one stopped her...nnFirst of all they had no pills...2ndly consultant were rude to me...I am not sure if they were racist..Or just rude...
