Everything was great! The quality of the bike is amazing and the delivery timing was good. Only concern was that there was no paper. No instruction manual or anything. Any and all items with technology or mechanical mechanisms should be required to have manuals. Other than that I am very satisfied and happy with my order.

I placed my order but knowing exactly what I was ordering and I had to do it by way of email. Everyone I talked with was so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like it was an in person experience and that I got the same individual attention I would have gotten if I were in the store. When I was done placing the order I was confident that I got exactly what I wanted and was completely satisfied. I had one question after placing the order and was treated with the same sincerity that I received all along. Would highly recommend.

We had two old bikes and sent them to Crimson for maintenance. They did wonderful jobs. I also replied a flat tire there. It is fast and the price 23 dollars is reasonable. Nice service!

I usually do my own bike work, but when I get stumped or lack the proper tools, I take my bike to CrimsonBikes. They're fantastic and very professional. The mechanics there do great work, and you'll feel safe in their hands. Hard to find a bike shop to trust. These guys will have you covered.

I wanted a long time to receive my bike i though I was never going to get it. I was always updated on the status of my order. Just when I was ready to give up on getting a bike I received a call from Charles with Crimson Bikes offering me a similar bike that was a upgrade from the one I ordered at no additional cost. I love the bike just not the color. Charles is a person who deserves to be recognized i really appreciate what he did for me.He made everything OK and worked out.
