Fishing department could be better.
Gerry was awesome. I really had trouble getting the right soccer cleats but Gerry was very kind and helpful he helped me try more than 10 shoes. He was still really eager to help me and did a lot for me. Finally I got the fit. Seriously, he needs a raise. You won’t get anyone like him.
I’m sorry but it’s been 3 weeks since I dropped my bicycle to repair. I call and come by every week but no one is taking care of it. I got promises every time and got no calls till now. Please let me know when it’s done.
Asked the store to hold an item for me and they assured me they would. I called a few hours later to make sure it was the right item and it was still on hold and they assured me it was. I drove out 45 min and it was the wrong item. Manager went to check stock and brought me out the same incorrect item. Then checked stock again and again brought out the wrong item. Then they told me I could drive out another 45 min to their other store for the item. ud83dude0a other than that staff was very kind.
Wonderful place for shopping for practice baseball and More sports, everything is there, very clean store and service very good, thanks
