Great staff. Very reasonably priced. Brought my bike there for a stuck cog and they had me out of there in two minutes. If I had gone here to begin with rather than try to fix it myself I would have not broken my chain whip and spent a lot of time spraying the threads with penetrating oil, I would have been able to bike all day. They answered all of my questions (threads of the flip flop hub, maintenance and useful tips). I would highly recommend them. Thank you very much guys. Quick, professional, reasonable. Extra plus for the service during the covid times.

These guys are great to work with. Their rates are reasonable, and they are not afraid to work up a quote in advance. I had them replace the drive train on my road bike a couple years back, fix some flats (that I was too lazy to do myself) and give my dropper seat post a once-over when it was acting up.

The bike boom crew are some of the most helpful and considerate of any bike shop I've been to. They are consistent, up front about price, fast with repairs and provide excellent service. In the time of covid they have been such a big help and always adhere to social distancing! Thank you bike boom!

Bike Boom has been my go to bike shop for the four years that I've lived in the area. I've tried a couple of other local shops that are closer to my current apt, but will always make the trip up to Bike Boom, as I believe the service, work and prices are the best in the area. They're pretty friendly and efficient also.
