Very professional. Sam worked with me though the insurance process and quote. Everything was explained well and went smoothly. The roofing crew did a great job. Tear off and install the same day. Cleaned up well and the roof looks great.

We experienced storm damage on Labor Day and our insurance company referred us out to a company that sent out Gianna's Roofing that day. We signed a contract on 9/7/2020 and the work was not completed until 1/11/2021. The damage caused involved needing our roof patched and our dining room ceiling repaired (big hole, shown in the picture in the review). None of the work was even STARTED until 1/4/2021. There were so many excuses along the way, but COVID was never used as a delay reason until the very end of December (about an hour after we were expecting people to be here doing the work). Before work was even completed, my contact (Jesse) with the company wanted to come out and collect payment. I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but I honestly have never had such a negative experience with a company, ever. I would give a one star review, but the interior subcontracting company they sent out, four months from when the damage took place, did a great job and the guys were highly professional. The roofing subcontractor they sent out (who told us he's been working with Gianna's for years)...not professional at all.

This company really helped me get my roof replaced. Sarah was prompt and professional. Her knowledge is amazing. She has a great understanding of what's needed to get the job done. Really impressed with her professionalism and response time. Great customer service!!

Jessie of Gianna's has been super helpful in working with me on a short-notice timeline to assess my roof and get me where I need to be to move forward with repair work. She was quick to set up an appointment and spent time both on and off the roof to get a detailed look at the job as well as to take a look at any other points of interest I had questions about. Her responsiveness has been superb and I've definitely been appreciating the work she's be putting in.

Horrible experience and customer service! Very sketchy and unprofessional is how I would describe the experience. Would definitely NOT recommend to anyone. My boyfriend and I waited on this company since September 7th and had a giant hole in our dining room ceiling until January 7th. They had one excuse after another, and waited until the last minute to cancel on several occasions. For example, they were supposed to be at our house 12/ 21 between 8-10. At 8:45 we get a text (not a call) saying “sorry nobody can come out today because they are getting Covid testing.” If this was the first time, ok we would understand. As mentioned before, this back and forth had been going on since SEPTEMBER! They finally had someone come fix the interior (a subcontractor) and they were very professional and did a good job despite the lack of communication with Gianna’s roofing. On January 7th, we were told someone would be here to fix our roof at 11. We noticed a car sitting outside our house for over an hour, but the man did not come to our door until after 12. He proceeded come into our home (without a mask and coughing a lot) and asked us, “So what do you need fixed?” We were appalled, and he wasted another hour trying to get ahold of someone in the office at Gianna’s to figure out what needed to be done. After that they were very “punctual” about coming out to our house to collect payment, even though the work wasn’t fully completed, and it took them over four months to fix the hole in our roof. I understand this is a difficult time, and things happen, but this whole ordeal was awful. If you are thinking about using Gianna’s roofing company.....I would think twice.
