Nice store, now in an old bank with the open vault display still there. Unfortunately they were unwilling to fix the brakes on my bike without doing a full service repair job (handlebars, gears, etc) at the starting price of $75. Imagine going to get your oil changed and them saying no we refuse to change your oil unless you get the air filter, fuel filter, and seven point inspection also.nnAs a bicycle store they have no worries about liability, so this business practice makes no sense to me. Being that they are in solon, a city with overall wealthy residents, I think they would rather sell new, or upsell, rather than wasting time doing the “normal” jobs.nnAnyway, won’t be going back there... thanks!

Love them! They care about bikes and customers. We went there to get our broken cannondale bike fork repaired during covid (March) . The replacement part was out of stock and they kept my bike stored in their shop for atleast a month trying to get the right part but it was out of stock. I picked up the bike in April. Went back to them with a part in May for replacement which I purchased on eBay. That was the wrong part. Went again in July and again the cannon dale dealer had shipped the wrong part to me. Finally in September they got me the correct fork. With patience and excellence they serviced my bike and didn’t charge me anything additional but their first quote. Kudos to such awesome customer service. They even cut out the seat rod to make it smaller for free. How can anyone go anywhere else when we have such a great bike shop right here in our hometown Solon. Amazing!

Rude. Ignored me and took people who came in after me because they had adult bikes vs my kid bikes.nWould not give an estimate of repairs before doing.

My husband needed a new set of tires and tubes. He has a Specialized brand bicycle. After calling and being told they had a few of them he drove up to have them put on only to be told they don't have them and don't carry that brand anymore. Really??? You told him you did right before he drove an hour to your shop and an hour back!! I will NEVER recommend your business! You didn't even bother to listen on the one in the first place!
