Great staff and wonderful personality! They figured out when I didn't know the exact terms to describe my situation with my bike. I recommend this bike shop! They are friendly and conversate with you to pass time during bike checks.
These guys are awesome! Great quick and reliable. Seriously can't recommend them enough if you are in the area.
Limited access, can't go on store, extensive backorder of bikes, can't really say when your bike will be ready. Friendly staff.
This shop is a pleasant oasis on the bike path. I needed to stop and get a couple of things for my return ride to Tewksbury and I couldn't have been more pleased with the level professionalism, conversation with the staff and ownership, as well as the level of selection in this bike shop. If I am ever back in this area I will definitely be back to visit.
Patient, customer-centric. They don't up-sell, but give you options and opinions. Not pressured to buy. Great service options. Well worth the investment if serious about bicycling. Nicest people, knowledgeable and personable.
