Friendly staff, quick to greet me and ask if I needed help. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, he informed me that they had something that would work or he could order what I was looking for. Being it was for my kid and he could care lesd what the tire looked like as long as it worked, I got it. I'll be back soon to get a matching tire for the front.

Only reason why this place has high rating is because people don't bother to leave negative feedback as they are already upset enough with service provided.nI agreed to pay $100 for tune up (other places charge $50) for my bike with commitment that bike will be done in up to 2 weeks. Three weeks later, bike was still not completed. Very unprofessional. Disappointing service. Definitely not recommending this place.

My drivetrain was completely worn out so I took my bike to West Chester Cyclery to get a new drivetrain. I took the bike, with the new drivetrain and brakes, out for a spin today and it was amazing. They did a fantastic job of setting up the shifters and brakes, and the bike performed flawlessly. I've been going there for years for repairs, and they've always done a great job. The drivetrain rebuild was no exception. I'll always take my business to JB and the crew.

JB and the crew are about an good as you are going to find in the area. JB is the best wheel builder around. Everyone here is friendly and very knowledgeable. We are lucky to have such a great shop in the area. I go out of my way to support this business and you should too
