I had stayed at Hampton Inn (Boston Post Rd W, Marlborough, MA) specifically for several days and believe that they deserve this review.nnUpon visiting the hotel, immediately I noticed that they do take state recommended guidelines serious during the pandemic. The lobby, hallways, and my room were very well kept, extremely clean, and put me at ease. They were accomodating when I requested a floor.nnAs a frequent traveler around the country, I understand that hotels can seem very similar. But the hospitality that all the staff provided me from desk to housekeepers was second to none. I felt at home and always will recommend Hampton Inn to my friends and family!nnThank you for having a professional demeanor. I won't forget those few days. Plus the women staff I met are beautiful, nothing wrong with that!nnThey are close to the Apex Center and restaurants. Yes you do need a cc on file as do all hotels here to make a reservation. Central MA is 2 hours away from practically anything in the state you may be visiting or doing, and it's an extremely safe area for all, especially children and elderly. Also there's a pool and great rates to get away from the house for a little bit! Your the best!nnT

Very clean, beautifully appointed rooms with lots of outlets for tech equipment. Beds were very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is prepared similar to a box lunch to take to your room to encourage social distancing during COVID times.

I'd give the Hampton Marlborough 10 stars if I could... I had a mishap occur upon check in, very minor in my opinion, but the hotel gm Melissa called me during my stay to apologize. Very impressed. My room was extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, and exceeding my expectations. I'll definitely be returning. Excellent experience start to finish. Thanks!
