Handicap people beware. They do not pay attention to the handicap reservations. When we arrived on 9/26 they blamed the mishap on hotels.com. saying that hotels.com did not pass the handicap info over to them so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We called them directly for the reservation on 10/3 and when we arrived the same issue occurred. So who made the mistake???? The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff however was not nice about fixing their mistakes. Down right nasty

Great location, clean facilities, and friendly staff. I was very satisfied with my stay.nFirst for location, the hotel is located very close to a number of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It is also within walking distance to the Apex Entertainment complex. I spent the afternoon with my kids at Apex and had a great time.nSecondly, the hotel seems to be new. The rooms were clean, and the lobby had a modern design. The pool though small, was enough for my kids to have a good time in the evening.nWhat I really wanted everyone to know is that the staff were very friendly. The friendliness of the staff changed my ratings from a 4 to a 5. Not being from around the area, I had a lot of questions about near by restaurants, and places. The staff were very helpful in recommending just what I was looking for.nOn some other notes, this is one of the only few places in the area that have a room for five people. Many other places would not even allow booking for a group of five. Another note, check out Linguine's Italian Eatery down the street. They have great Italian.

Great weekend stay for a hockey tournament. The minute we walked in, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Asked if we wanted to be placed next to our friends. Clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Restaurants, stores and entertainment center within walking distance. We would definitely return.

AMAZING customer service. All the workers were nice, friendly and welcoming. Better than any other hotel Ive stayed at. (I’ve stayed in many hotels in this town). Rooms are clean and beautiful. Definitely coming back again!
