One word...PHENOMENAL...nMy husband and I enjoyed a weekend trip to Massachusetts to see our daughter and family. Our experience at Charlotte's House was beyond our expectations! First, fresh baked cookies upon our arrival and a cup of hot tea with a variety of tea choices. Our guest room was warm, clean and inviting. Breakfasts were amazing! Lyn is a genius in the kitchen. Truly, hospitality at its finest. Without a doubt...we will be back! Thank you to our gracious hosts, Lyn and Paul!
Don’t even have words to describe the amazing experience we had here. It was my hubbies first time at a B&B... it will be VERY hard to find any other that will compare to this one!nComfortable, cozy, delicious coffee & breakfast.. we felt like we were “home”...nThank you both for making our week there so wonderful and making us feel like family.
A friend and I stayed last weekend and I just had to post a review. Laura and Paul were so sweet. We felt welcomed and attended to while at same time enjoyed our privacy. I felt as though I was visiting a very good friend who happens to be an amazing hostess and cook. I wish we had been able to stay longer. It is a beautiful historic home and a very convenient location to the Bolton vineyard, orchard, and International Resort.

This was an amazing place to stay at, even for one night! I wish we could have stayed longer. The woman (gosh darn, I forgot her name!) was very nice and great to talk to! I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast, I'm planning on staying there if I'm in the area again!
