Excellent decision to stay here. The staff is always friendly and helpful! This afternoon, I had a few questions and Mush, Peri, and Jackie were very helpful. They exceeded my expectations. They not only made me feel like a valued guest, they made me feel like they genuinely wanted to help me. The property is well maintained and conveniently located. I highly recommend choosing this location.
The Staff here are Super Awesome -nALL OF THEM - SO NICE & HELPFUL !!nAnd CLEAN !!... THIS PLACE IS A+.nI'm a Travel RN & pack ALL the cleaning supplies I need to Pre-clean a Room before I settle in. Yes, I did sanitize many areas - as Always, NO MATTER WHAT - But I was VERY PLEASED & IMPRESSED at JUST HOW CLEAN THIS PLACE WAS !!nIf you need to stay overnight in Marlborough, or are nearby = STAY HERE !!nGreat Rates with a Great Clean Room. ud83dudc4d
Asked the front to give us a quiet floor, he states okay... Yet gives us the nosiest floor in the hotel ... WIFI keeps going off,nVery bad odor in the halls and our room! Halls were very loud, woman argue with her man for hours and wouldn’t shut up in the hall. We almost called the police! Plan to leave first thing in the morning. Don’t waste your time, nor money , go somewhere else, this is gonna be a long, long night ud83dude21
A great place to stay. Management is good employee are go. Jackie and Sara, Katelyn are the best. My room is always clean. Just a good place to stay
The staff is excellent especially Kaitlyn, Tara,Peri, Jackie, Wilson and Mush has been doing a great job since he has been at the location. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating.I find the staff to also be very friendly.
