Absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with. Scott from this company come to house and we started a claim. Mid way through he stopped responding. Later i called my insurance company and they told me he said to them that i was not honest about my claim, when in fact he was the one who started the claim and spoke to the representative. This company is nothing but storm chasers. One minute they help you get the money and do cheap work and after that never pick up phone calls. I say stay away from this company. Plus, they are always over pricing/estimating. When local contractors (trustworthy) are reliable, not as expensive as this ameripro company, and will guarantee the work and pick up phone calls.

I have work for this company for almost two and a half years. this is absolutely the best company I have ever worked for. they treat their employees very fair and they stand behind their warranties they treat their employees incredibly awesome. we all get new trucks I just love how they take care of all their customers and that we will not cut any corners this company is loyal honest respectful all around a great company to work for and doing business with .I highly recommend them

My neighbors got all their roofs done and the work looked great so I contacted the contractor everyone else used “American dream home improvement” because my roof was about 15 years old now and I was concerned about potential leaks.nnConor is the representative that assisted me and he followed through on everything he said he would. At first I thought it was to good to be true but the roof was fully approved through insurance, Conor helped me obtain the approval and helped through every step of the process.nnThe job has been completed, the crew was professional and courteous and the job looks great! The biggest plus was all I had to pay was my deductible!nnFive stars to Conor and American Dream, I highly recommend them and have already referred Conor to two of my friends to pass on the help and great experience to them, trust in their process, let them help you and you won’t be disappointed!

I had the opportunity to receive a roof inspection on my roof today and not only did I appreciate the honest and thorough experience, but Conor provided several cost effective options due to the findings in that my roof hand minor wind damage. I appreciate the professionalism I received today. I will definitely keep American Dream Home Improvement on my radar for upcoming properties in need of full roofing, siding, or storm related damages. Kudos!

Warranty was no good. Our roof was replaced two years ago and they did not replace all the decking that needed replaced. This caused sagging and splitting of the trusses, but they refused to even send someone out to evaluate our problem. Phone calls were not returned, and emails were returned slowly. I understand that some things are not covered under warranty, but the evaluation of our problem was not handled well by ADHI.
