My husband and I just purchased a home that had extensive water damage due to the roof and fascia. Our realtor recommended Reed's company. Reed was friendly, prompt on responding, very reasonable pricing, knowledgeable, touched base throughout the day with updates, and you can't even tell they were there because of how well they cleaned up. I highly recommend using this company, I just can't express my appreciation enough for how fast they were able to start considering our crazy circumstance.

We have a 15+ yr old asphalt shingle roof, in reasonably good condition, needing some minor repairs. We were also interested in the new RoofMaxx soybean oil roof treatment, to help extend the life of the existing roof, and contacted the company using their website. Reed promptly replied via phone, and arranged for a free on-site inspection the same week. Reed found various areas needing re-caulking and a few shingles needing re-fastening, as well as refurbishing of a couple of roof stack vents. His cost estimate to do this work, along with the RoofMaxx application was reasonable, and he completed the work a week ago, in about 2-hours or less.nAlthough it is a bit early to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of the RoofMaxx treatment, we can say that the application went quickly and smoothly, with no mess or damage done to any of the property. It is also obvious that the shingle appearance has improved, as they have slightly darkened and the color evened out to be closer to their original appearance years ago. There was no chemical smell during the treatment, in fact the only odor noticed was a pleasant orange-like citrus smell, which quickly dissipated. As a side-benefit, the treatment seems to have been effective in reducing the moss buildup on the front-side of the roof, which was quite mossy after a very wet summer/fall season.nReed was very responsive to our questions, prompt and courteous. When our roof started leaking, my wife and I didn't really know what to expect. After being referred to Reed/AIO, he was extremely helpful from the start. After meeting with us on short notice, he even came out the next day and tarped off the problem areas to prevent any further damage. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and his crew was able to finish our roof almost immediately after agreeing to the project. It's clear that he cares about the finished product and his relationship to customers. I'd highly recommend AIO for future projects.

Reed is very professional and friendly. We recently moved into our house and had a roofing company inspect our roof for possible damage. They gave us a whole list of problems so we decided to have a second opinion. Reed came out very quickly and told us that most of the problems the other company told us we had were not anything we needed to address immediately. He took care of the few issues that needed fixed quickly. He is an honest and trustworthy guy and we will call him again for help if the need arises.

Had a big water loss and my home was flooded. AIO had someone out immediately and were able to get things dried out. They were very professional and I was able to get some remodeling done while repairs were being done. My new kitchen looks great with the work completed.
