ALC Exteriors can be trusted to provide exceptional customer service, for all your home restoration and remodeling. Recently they managed the replacement of my roof, siding and fence repair due to wind damage. All their employees show their care and concern to provide their customers with the highest quality workmanship, thorough attention to detail, timely completion, and at a competitive price.nWhen I contacted the owner, Lew, he arranged for his contractor, Dave, to meet with me that same day. Dave, took all the worry out of dealing with a large insurance claim, by meeting on site with my claims adjuster and negotiating a fair settlement.nALC provided the best customer service I have experienced in 42 years of home ownership. Dave and Lew, kept in communication throughout the restoration process and their company’s workmanship is of the highest quality. ALC is a company you can trust!

ALC Exteriors did an amazing job replacing the outside trim on our house. I knew we had serious issues when our trim started bowing and bloating due to water damage and they came and did a free, thorough consultation.nnThey made the entire process painless and easy from start to finish. The project was well managed, on time and the crew who came and did the work were second to none both professionally and in courtesy to my family.nnI highly recommend ALC Exteriors and in fact, we're already getting another quote to get some additional work done!

With COVID, our process of getting contractors lined up to do siding, trim, and soffit work was difficult. So many contractors were so busy that they bailed on our job for higher-paying ones. ALC was not one of them. In fact, ALC was the first contractor that bid our job, and the sales guy did “ghost” us after giving us a quote by not returning calls or emails. It was frustrating, but we contacted the owner and explained the situation. He personally came out to our house and honored the originally quote we were given, despite the rising costs of materials due to the pandemic. ALC’s crew did an amazing job. They were friendly and went above and beyond for our project. I am so thrilled with the results. They took great care of us. I HIGHLY recommend ALC for your contracting needs. It was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I highly recommend ALC Exteriors. Matt was quick to respond to my service request with an estimate and date of repair of siding after a major windstorm. He did a great job and it looked brand new.
