We received quotes from Kaiser as well as another local roofing company. Kaiser's quote came in thousands lower for the same scope of work and materials. From beginning to end of the process, Kevin at Kaiser was phenomenal! Very responsive and did a thorough job walking the roof and attic to identify issues. We had new roof, new gutters, and blown attic insulation done. Impressed by the team's ability to do all this in 2.5 days. The quality is top notch and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended for roofing needs!
We had a great experience with Josh and Kaiser. They replaced the intricate roof on our Madeira/Shawnee Hills house and did excellent work. All work was completed efficiently and within the quote. Cleanup around perimeter of house was good. Most importantly, the roof is holding up well through weather cycles. Would highly recommend them for roof replacement work on larger houses.
Well, I was going to give them the job, but they never got back with me with an estimate. I was very impressed with his inspection more so than the other company that came out and had decided to go with Kaiser, but even after repeated calls to them they never followed up with an actual estimate or work order. The only thing I can figure is that they didn't want to do this job. And so the search goes on...
Jason was very informative from the original inspection and roof replacement estimate to the final inspection at the job's completion. There was no high pressure, and he had answers for every question. The quality of the materials was also impressive. His crew leader, Manuel was great to work with.....he kept his crew working steadily to get the job done.nnLove this new roof, and would highly recommend Kaiser Roofing.
Josh and his team took great care of us & did fantastic work replacing the roof on our home in Norwood! The crew was fast, professional & clean. I would highly recommend Kaiser!
