We purchased my wife's bike at the Trek Store in West Chester, OH and it was challenging to find bikes during the COVID situation. The store was diligent in expanding the selections that fit my wife's needs. Lucky for us, a bike became available and we were able to purchase quickly and didn't have to wait the the anticipated time for the original bike she selected. My wife is very happy with her selection in bikes!

The mechanics will get it straight when other shops will just say “buy a new one.”nnGot a creaking sound mystery in your fancy carbon bike? They’ll find & fix it!nnNot a “serious cyclist”? No worries! They’ll kindly share with you & let you make an informed decision.nnGot a department store bike that needs a tune, but don’t want to spend a lot? Create a customized Tune Package or choose á la cart.nnI brought my electric bike, my old Trek bike, & my carbon bike in. All were fixed quick & at a fair price.
